Confidentiality Statement

1. All data provided by you to Greenstone Gold Mines (“GGM”) through your submission of this Expression of Interest form (the “Information”) is held by GGM in strict confidence, except for any Information that: is publicly available or is already known to GGM at the time you provide it to GGM; is provided to GGM by a third party without an obligation of confidence; is independently developed by GGM; or is Information that GGM is legally required or compelled to disclose. By providing Information to GGM, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Information for the purposes of evaluating your suitability as a potential vendor to GGM, in accordance with this Confidentiality Statement and GGM’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, available on www.greenstonegoldmines.com.
2. You agree that we may supply the Information to the officers and employees of GGM, and to disclose it to our advisors and other members of the GGM group but only to the extent that we reasonably regard it to be necessary to do so to evaluate your potential suitability as a vendor. Where any such disclosure is made, we will assure that the person to whom the Information is disclosed will maintain the confidentiality of the Information on equivalent terms to those set out in this Confidentiality Statement.
3. By submitting this Expression of Interest Form: (a) you represent and warrant to GGM that the Information is correct and complete and that you have the right to provide the Information to GGM; and (b) you are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to the provisions of this Confidentiality Statement.
4. The submission of the Expression of Interest Form is not a guarantee of selection to receive a pre-qualification package or participation in an RFP (request for proposal) and we may not respond to all Expressions of Interest we receive.
5. Completion of this or any future Expressions of Interest in no way obligates GGM to provide work or enter into a contractual relationship with any company or other legal entity completing this or any related Expressions of Interest.
6. We will dispose of the Information when the purpose for which it has been collected is complete, unless a later retention period is permitted under applicable law.
7. This Confidentiality Statement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
